Each VISAA member school advertises its own job openings, including for positions in their athletic department. In lieu of posting job openings individually, VISAA maintains this directory of member school employment pages, organized by VISAA region (Central, Eastern, Northern, and Western).
Our Central Region schools are all in the Interstate 95 corridor south of Fredericksburg (including the Richmond metro area and the Tri-Cities), the Middle Peninsula, and Southside Virginia east of Lynchburg but west of Intersate 95, as well as Charlottesville- or Williamsburg-area schools who participate in conferences with mostly Richmond-area opponents.
Our Eastern Region schools are all in the Hampton Roads metro area, the Eastern Shore, and Southside Virginia east of Interstate 95, as well as Williamsburg-area schools who compete in conferences with mostly Hampton Roads-area schools.
Our Northern Region schools are in the Washington, D.C. metro area, on the Interstate 95 corridor from Fredericksburg northward, on the Interstate 81 corridor north of Harrisonburg, as well as Charlottesville-area schools who compete in conferences with mostly Northern Region schools.
